THE BRILLIANCE TRAINING ASSOCIATION OF INDIA. is committed to providing quality education and training to its students. To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship, we have established the following Terms & Conditions:
Enrollment: Students must complete the enrollment process, including providing accurate personal information and paying the required fees, before starting any course at THE BRILLIANCE TRAINING ASSOCIATION OF INDIA..
Course Fees: Students are responsible for paying all course fees as outlined in the enrollment agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for success in our courses. Students are expected to attend all classes and maintain a minimum attendance percentage as specified for each course.
Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to a high standard of behavior, respecting instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including expulsion from the institute.
Academic Integrity: Plagiarism or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Students are expected to maintain academic honesty and integrity in all assignments, exams, and projects.

Course Materials: Course materials and resources provided by the institute are for the exclusive use of enrolled students. Sharing or distributing these materials without authorization is not permitted.
Withdrawal and Refund: Students wishing to withdraw from a course must follow the institute's withdrawal policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to the established refund policy.
Schedule Changes: THE BRILLIANCE TRAINING ASSOCIATION OF INDIA. reserves the right to change course schedules, instructors, or curriculum content as necessary, providing advance notice to students whenever possible.
Certificates: Successful completion of a course results in the awarding of a certificate. Students must meet the institute's requirements to receive a certificate.
